I find that the staff are so very helpful and polite. Marisa is a delightful service point contact who confidently dealt with my questions and ensured I was comfortable and cared for during my period within the lounge waiting for my service to be completed.

All very smooth. Only complaint I do have is I had to wait ages for an appointment where you picked up the car. Employ more drivers!
