Harry went out of his way to help with getting the new car to me after the agreed date fell through. Managing childcare and work restricted the times I was able to get to Guildford so to have it delivered directly to my house was a huge help. Harry was very helpful in ensuring the car was all set up with tech and logins so that I didn't have to figure it all out myself.
