I've been dealing with Dan Deller at Guildford about a new replacement Q3, as mine is coming to the end of the lease. Dan is very knowlegeable about the products and finance options, and explains everything clearly and thoroughly, and has a good manner to deal with.

I had phoned discussed and booked this appointment specifically to test drive a Q6 e-tron. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.Upon arrival, I was left waiting for approximately 20 minutes before anyone to see me. I was then informed that the relevant Sales Executive would be a further 20 minutes. As I was not prepared to wait that long, I was told that someone else would assist me sooner.When another representative eventually saw us, they spent around 10 minutes determining that there were no e vehicles available to test drive at all. This is despite my appointment being pre-booked and confirmed in advance for that exact purpose.I drove 1hr 10 minutes to get there and back, this appointment took up a significant portion of my Saturday. As someone who works full-time during the week, this time is extremely valuable.What is most frustrating is that this situation should have been entirely avoidable. If no vehicles were available, I should have been informed prior to attending. Instead, I experienced long delays and ultimately left without even being able to test drive the vehicle.

I telephoned Lookers Audi Guildford on 30th January to book my car in for its service which I believed was due. The girl I spoke to informed me that my car wasn't due a service until next year or when I reached a certain mileage. When I questioned it, she said that what I was due was an MOT as it was well overdue (my mistake) but not a service. I told her that the "Engine Oil Change Due" sign was showing, she said that would be dealt with when the service is eventually done. I didn't think any more about it. Yesterday afternoon (23/3/26), the warning sign lit up saying "check engine oil" (this was after I had driven to and from the boarders of Scotland last week!) so I did. The oil was dark brown/black. I called Audi Guildford to tell them this and asked if it was ok to drive to Buckinghamshire today (24/3/26) and they informed me that my car should have had its service in January where the engine oil and filter would have been changed and that they couldn't, without seeing the car, say if it was ok to drive or not. I informed the gentleman I spoke to that I had been told it wasn't due the service and, when he looked back at the date of my call and registration number, he was able to see that I had been given the wrong information. I was then told that it was given to me by a girl who was in training. I asked if they could, urgently, do the oil and filter change yesterday afternoon. I was told it was too late as, though it was 4.30pm, the service team were going home. I then asked if I could take the car in first thing today (24/3/26), I was told they were fully booked. I then asked to speak to one of the managers. The gentleman put me through to a lady who apologised for the mistake and accepted it was Audi's mistake but told me there was nothing they could do for me re getting the oil and filter changed even knowing I had a drive to Buckinghamshire today. This is not the kind of customer service I would have expected from Audi!! Due to the fact that Audi couldn't tell me the car was ok to drive, I had to call Jordans Garage Godalming who went out of their way to fit me in a 7.45 this morning (even though they were fully booked) because of the fact the car might not have been ok to drive to Bucks today. The oil and filter change cost me £171.11. I have the invoice to prove this.I have been paying for the Service Agreement for over a year at £23.99 a month and, when I spoke to Audi Guildford this morning, I was told that the service (which I had booked for 2/4/26 yesterday) didn't need to be done now because all they do is exactly what was done this morning!! I am now having to contact Audi Customer Care to get my money back as I have not only paid £23.99 a month for over a year (£287.88 per annum) but I have not had a service and, due to the mistake Audi have made re when my service was due and that they couldn't get me in before my drive to Bucks today, I have had to go to another garage to get, what I have already paid Audi to do, done.I would like this sorted out asap and to get back the £171.11 I have paid for the oil and filter change by Jordans as none of this would have happened if I had had the car serviced by Audi in January 2026 as I had tried to do.The people I spoke to yesterday were not helpful at all and were not at all concerned about the fact that I had a long drive I had to do today and whether my car was safe to do that drive.

We were told by Vas and the technician that my phone can be plugged into the car and android auto would just activate. However after taking the car to our local dealership in Cheltenham, we were told the car wasnt compatible with android auto, and if we wanted a sat nav installed it would cost us over a thousand pounds.So we emailed Vas on Friday;Hi Vas,We've been struggling to get the android auto to work and so with the time off work I've had this week, we've brought it into the local Audi dealership. They've told me that android auto isn't available on the car. Additionally the blue tooth is intermittent.To install the sat nav program, they quoted me £1218.98.Not particularly pleased as you said we could just plug the phone in and it'd start working.We've been advised that you should cover the cost as you essentially miss sold the vehicle.The Cheltenham Audi deals ships number is below:01242509000I trust you can resolve this,JamesStill haven't got a response and just a bit concerned as we were told the car would come with this function.
