I was very impressed with Dan Deller with helping me with an enquiry with a car and unfortunately it didn't proceed further but the whole experience and service I received was excellent

Despite numerous email confirmations of my appointment, when I arrived there was no record of it, and the car I had enquired about had already been sold — without any courtesy phone call to let me know. I had travelled an hour specifically to view the vehicle, so it was disappointing not to be informed or advised to place a deposit to secure it. The whole experience felt poorly handled, and it left me questioning whether the sale was genuine given how it was managed.

This is a tricky one to score as it was both very good and underwhelming. Underwhelming - Despite having booked a test drive and the receptionist trying not to let on, it was apparent that we were not expected. Very good - Harry was very good at resolving the issue, and was very knowledgable when discussing vehicle options with him on our return.

Prompt reply, engaging discussion and the impression that nothing was too much trouble.

Guildford Audi were not able to fit us in for a test drive on Saturday so we contacted Audi in Farnborough and they were great.

Scott was extremely helpful.

Jivu was excellent. She really spent alot of time at short notice at the end of the day trying to help. She also explained about if I needed anything explained to me in a different way which I haven't had before, so she really took time to give a great service.
