Amazing service but the only reason i didnt give 5 stars was that we was rushed into the decision to have a new car. We was given 24hours. . We wanted to test drive the car we wanted not another in the range. We wanted to see the car in the flesh . We paid the £500 deposit to get the car from Edinburgh but then the day before we was due to see this car we was told its still in Edinburgh and we had to go through the finance to check was was ok for it . Then the car was brought down from Edinburgh and that was when we was told we had 24hrs to decide. Thankfully murray from Guildford managed to extend the time by 12hrs. Other than this great experience and murray was good and helpful

From the 1st call with David Taylor I felt at ease and like my questions and queries were in good hands. I travelled all the way from Croydon to Guildford because our initial conversation told me that not only did david care about his job but he cared about the customers experience too!

Dan was brilliant at finding me my perfect car. He was very clear when going through all the detail and not at all pushy. I needed a car within 2 weeks and he made that happen even though the car was in Scotland. Very impressed with the lesson on how to use the gadgets in the car before driving it away. My dad was also very impressed so I won’t be surprised if he will be visiting you when his car term finishes at BMW!

The handover was very quick and efficient by Audi (Guildford). My sale was handed by sales executive Harry who was very professional, took the time to explain each deal available to me and helped me pick the right choice. I attended the dealership on a Saturday and by the Wednesday I collected my brand new vehicle. Very quick turn around. Upon collection, I was greeted by the dealership manager who took the time to explain the cars features to me.
