I felt in control and was able to expedite process to my satisfaction. We were kept informed throughout appointment regarding the progress of our car via video cam. Edward and team were courteous, polite and informative. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The waiting area was clean and extremely well equipped and definitely provided more than we were expecting. I was able to continue with my working day in comfort whilst waiting. All the staff throughout Audi that we interacted with whether involved in the service or not were helpful and kind. Thank you Audi.
