The online system gave a fictitious time for the MOT which was a concern. Otherwise excellent Our contact Rachel went above and beyond to deal with an intermittent aircon problem.

It was much easier to check in online. I only had to hand my keys in when I arrived at Guildford Audi. Very quick experience to get my car serviced. Staff were very polite and helpful

I did call up as I had a very specific request for changing my tyres over to those stored in the tyre hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful as usual and the waiting environment is perfect for getting some work done. My wait time was a little longer than expected, but otherwise a great service.
