Already said everythingHi 👋, I've had good experience as always at Audi Guildford but the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I was a bit disappointed the 8 haven't received Audi cam video when oil is drained for my peace of mind as I had last year! Plus this is a good proof that oil has been changed for the customer!Also I've asked for a gearbox service quote and haven't received that so far , so I hope that next year things would be better as they were last year , and I hope that my Audi app would be updated with new service details, because so far it hasn't been and I did asked Jack for that!All the best
