The welcome and updates by Chloe and service and repairs of my car were excellent. I did not rate my experience as 5* as the booking of my appointment was not great. I asked for 9.45 am and then had a text the day before saying the appt. was for 9.15am. So it took me nearly 1hr to get there and normally would take 30 mins. Also, I could not check in online as requested. Not sure why. Possibly the link had expired within a very short period.
