I found the on line booking in system difficult to navigate or arrange a booking so I gave up and phoned the Guildford branch instead. I was automatically put through to the central booking team and was advised that the car needed a service costing £225. I booked the service date but when I arrived at the branch on the due date I was advised that the car needed a full service costing £300. Rather disappointing! I have found previously that the records held by the central booking team do not align with the branch histories. was kept informed of progress and video very useful
