Generally a great experience. Sales man David was spot on with information and professional approach. Sadly my trade in car was valued 2,000 less than we buy any car and so was the reason I did not purchase that day.

Online booking showed no availability for about 5 weeks, too late for MoT. Calling got me a slot when I wanted it. Not sure what the point on online check-in is, I used it previously and it made no difference to to the physical check in. This time I went to use it on the morning of the service and it said the link had expired. I won't bother again :)
