When I first rang to make an appointment, the gentleman helped and answered all my questions and all the information that anyone needed when purchasing a car. Excellent procedures

Its always daunting to buy a new car and the process was made easier by Naeem. From the initial contact to driving away happy with my new card ( used ) Naeem was in contact throughout and e even e mailed on his day off. There was a couple of issues which were sorted and nothing was to big a problem. I will certainly be contacting him when i purchase my next Audi.

The Audi representative, Jidu Ravi, that I saw was excellent, she went out of her way to find me a car I might want. She had great interpersonal skills and really made me feel valued.
