I felt in control and was able to expedite process to my satisfaction.We were kept informed throughout appointment regarding the progress of our car via video cam. Edward and team were courteous, polite and informative. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The waiting area was clean and extremely well equipped and definitely provided more than we were expecting. I was able to continue with my working day in comfort whilst waiting. All the staff throughout Audi that we interacted with whether involved in the service or not were helpful and kind. Thank you Audi.

The online system gave a fictitious time for the MOT which was a concern. Otherwise excellentOur contact Rachel went above and beyond to deal with an intermittent aircon problem.

I did call up as I had a very specific request for changing my tyres over to those stored in the tyre hotel.Staff were friendly and helpful as usual and the waiting environment is perfect for getting some work done. My wait time was a little longer than expected, but otherwise a great service.

Very easy process, attentive staff. Turned up for a 8am appointment and was seen at 7.30am as I had arrived early. Very friendly.
