This time I only used the online check in which was easy fo follow but the message message stated that I had a courtesy car despite the appointment being a waiting appointment so a bit confusing but it was not that problematic for me as I was aware I had a waiting appointment and did not expect a car but some people may be confused, otherwise the check in online was quite straightforward and good option. The process was seamless, I was informed of how long it would take to have the car serviced and MOT’d and received updates at interval. The team and our service co-ordinator Chloe made professional and helpful. The Audicam was welcome to complete.

Unfortunately, the first time I have used it. My booking did not register so when I did not have confirmation about my appointment I call the service department. And booked my appointment. As always friendly staff. Very helpful with information. Thank you for cleaning the car.

Online booking appointments not available for weeks so phoned and got one within days. Only be check in simple. Great staff, good waiting facilities but no room to park.

Good responses to my issue. However, it took 2 hours to change one tyre which is much longer than I expected, especially I have booked the tyre change.
