The health check video was very scant and an advisory for a tyre nearly 5mm when you can see I only do 7500 a year could potentially scare a less experienced person into buying one now instead of in say 4 - 6 months time

They don’t really know on the phones what is available and they didn’t tell me I needed to book a slot to stay and waitEdward was very good explaining everything. And service went well and in good timeJust a shame generally Audi service like the drop off in Guildford has been taken away and refill of addblue which was mentioned to me as I could ask for that to be topped up before has also been taken away. Since Covid a lot of the added benefits to coming to Audi are being taken away - big shame

Used the booking in service which was fine but prefer to speak to someone when booking in - to discuss timings etcFirstly, almost impossible to hear the audicam service video, andSecondly a new fuel filter was advised which we had actually had fitted at the previous service!
