I really appreciated how professional, helpful and knowledgeable you were throughout the test drive and discussions around the Audi Q4 — it genuinely made the experience a pleasure.After giving it a lot of thought, I’ve decided to stay within the Porsche brand and have opted to move forward with a Macan. It wasn’t an easy decision, as the Q4 is a fantastic car and you were incredibly supportive throughout the process, but this feels like the right choice for me at this time.I just wanted to let you know personally and to thank you again for all your help, transparency, and professionalism. I really do appreciate the time and effort you put in.Wishing you all the very best, and hopefully our paths may cross again in the future.

The sales woman wasn't happy that I wasn't buying and that I'd come to test drive on a Saturday (their busy selling day) even though I'd explained in the original call that I was only looking at this point, deciding what car I'd like next, and I also explained this when she called me two hours before my appointment, at which stage she could have asked me to move my appointment. When I sat down with and experienced the above I told her I'd be happy to leave, as my visit was obviously inconvenient and her answer was 'well you're here now'. I was given a car to test drive but not shown anything about how the car worked, and when I got back she wasn't around, so I gave the car keys to the receptionist and left. I was really shocked by her attitude and when I do replace my car I'll take my business elsewhere.Just to add the original test drive booking service was great. I had a lovely call ftom Richie and his provided excellent customer service.

There was a mix up booking a test drive and Dan was so accommodating, he managed to arrange for us to take the car out.The car we loved was sold a few minutes after we’d left and he tried to make sure there was a suitable option.Was a very pleasant experience.Thank you

Booked a test drive for an A6 Avant petrol and landed test driving an A6 saloon diesel. When it came to talking numbers the salesman literally went to the website and typed in the numbers and that was the offer. When I pointed out I could get the car on lease substantially cheaper, the salesman’s demeanour changed. There was no attempt to actual get me into another car or look at options. To be fair the salesman was vey polite and did say he would “look into it” and 3 days later reached out to say, he couldn’t offer me a lease. This is pretty embarrassing that a dealer cannot better or match lease deals widely available.

Saleman was too pushy - need to make a decision by Monday after offering us an appointment on Sunday. No possibilty of a 24 hour test drive - want to see what the car is like at night, and extremely high finance interest rate

Asked to see a second had car, to be told the wheels had been sent away and it could not be inspected. Received a call to say it could be viewed, arranged a test drive the following morning only to be told a short while later that it was sold.

Hi all,I have phoned Audi Mobility who have extended the courtesy vehicle until Monday, and then told me because it’s a rejection, the retailer will have to deal with a courtesy car moving forward.I am still waiting to find out what the refund offer is. I cannot arrange a new car until I have this number, therefore this rejection is not resolved until I have that number.The Car Change team seem to be completely hopeless and are chasing Mike at Audi Guildford for the V5 document this morning, even though he sent this to them yesterday.Can I suggest some technology and basic email training is long overdue for the Car Change team. This week, Mike sent the sales invoice 4 times before someone in the car change team was capable of opening an attachment and realising he had sent it.I am now working as per the Car Change teams timeline. So I will respond to requests within 48 hours. I have just been told at 11.15 today that the courtesy car must be returned by close of business on Monday. I will respond and confirm within 48 working hours. For clarification this will be Tuesday at 11.15. If anyone has a problem with this, please speak to the car change team, who can then speak to Audi Guildford, who can then speak to Audi Executive Office, who can then speak to the Audi Mobility team, in fact, pick your own order of events, but only after all those parties have discussed will I be willing to speak to someone. I have done enough running around on everyone’s behalf.I CATEGORICALLY DO NOT AUTHORISE ANYONE WITHIN THE AUDI ESTABLISHMENT, THE AA OR AUDI MOBILITY TO MAKE ANY CHARGES ON MY CARD ON FILE. I REQUEST THE CARD IS REMOVED OFF THE SYSTEM WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.Please forward this message on to all relevant parties.I request my refund offer today, so we can draw a line under this diabolical process.Regards,Oliver
