A very professional and friendly service. I had to wait almost two years for my new (and wonderful) Q3 and it was worth it! I was kept up to date with progress of the build and when it arrived Dan was excellent at explaining the way it worked (plugin hybrid) and its functions.

Booking appointment was fine; check-in I started to do but had query about the price of something and the check-in says something along the lines of 'By signing this, you agree to any/all of the costs...' (Not quite correct, but that was meaning of the message) - and my query was about the costs. So I didn't check-in online - I think if you indicate you want to discuss costs - you should be able bypass that tick box. Just a good experience... arrived at 7.30am (when it actually wasn't open) but someone who was going into work told them I was there... Alex was really helpful... car initially failed the MOT, but they talked me through options and I'm glad to say it passed.
