This time I only used the online check in which was easy fo follow but the message message stated that I had a courtesy car despite the appointment being a waiting appointment so a bit confusing but it was not that problematic for me as I was aware I had a waiting appointment and did not expect a car but some people may be confused, otherwise the check in online was quite straightforward and good option.The process was seamless, I was informed of how long it would take to have the car serviced and MOT’d and received updates at interval. The team and our service co-ordinator Chloe made professional and helpful. The Audicam was welcome to complete.
