Unfortunately, the first time I have used it. My booking did not register so when I did not have confirmation about my appointment I call the service department. And booked my appointment.As always friendly staff. Very helpful with information.Thank you for cleaning the car.

Online booking appointments not available for weeks so phoned and got one within days. Only be check in simple.Great staff, good waiting facilities but no room to park.

Good responses to my issue. However, it took 2 hours to change one tyre which is much longer than I expected, especially I have booked the tyre change.

All helpful.But sometimes takes a while on arrival and pickup.

Alex really understood the urgent nature of the issue and getting a replacement car organised. His service was exceptional

one of the faults relating to the auto headlights still not rectified.waited a month to get an appointment with the workshop.I have to say that the reception were very helpfull including Rachael.with all the problems I have experienced with this car I'm wondering if I should return it under the sale of goods act or whatever legislation is applicable.

I found the system very easy to use and didn’t take long.It works well for me to be able to have a timed appointment as I live on my own and a bit of a distance away, also a comfortable place to wait and the staff are always so kind and helpful, particularly on this occasion Edward - I believe. My car was also spotlessly cleaned inside and out.
