Car was prepped perfectly for handover, Ellis explained everything thoroughly and efficiently, answered my specific questions and was friendly and polite throughout.

The sales person collected me from home avoiding the need to get a taxi or call in a favour somewhere. He continued to be a very courteous and very amenable young man. The whole process went very smoothly. The necessary documentation was completed easily with his assistance. The reveal of a very clean and shiny car was amusing but impressive! After a very thorough introduction to the car's controls etc. the sales person ensured I was confident about driving the car away and then contacted me once I was home to check all was well. Excellent service.

Car went in to have a couple of faults fixed. One done, one pending. Staff efficient, competent, polite and helpful. This is not always a given with garages, including other Audi garages.
