Excellent service from Rachel Adams, who was both friendly and efficient. She called me in advance to confirm arrival time. I was able to bring my car in earlier in the morning, so the safety recalls on my Q2 could be dealt with while I waited. There was a good waiting area i could wait in and do my work while my car was being dealt with. The car was ready ahead of time and it was a super quick turnaround. Very smooth experience.

I had already booked the recall service work over the phone. The online check in was another thing to do and would not recognize the registration plate but worked my postcode second attempt. The greeting was friendly and informative from Jordan and the recall checks were carried out efficiently.
