Called the Glasgow office number as I had missed my call back previously ( as couldn’t get through to Guildford). Spoke to Shirley Fallon - she answered promptly and was very customer friendly and helpful and provided what I needed immediately.

Was intuitive as you would expect from an online system. Whilst issues were found - expected for 10 year car - Lookers moved quickly to source parts and then repair.
