My vehicle was in for service and I was dealt with by Maya who was very friendly and went through all the work to be done and took some extra information to pass on to the service team. She kept me up to date with the progress of the service and the vehicle was ready in very good time and nicely cleaned. When I collected the vehicle Maya again went over all the work completed and any issues found. She set up the Audi Plug and Play app and dongle and took time to explain it all. A good service by Maya and all other staff were friendly and helpful. A good experience all round!
