Staff and service in Guilford is always 5 star

I dealt with Jidu at Audi Guildford and received exceptional customer service from start to finish.Jidu dealt with everything promptly, efficiently and importantly, always with a smile! Not at any point did I feel like a nuisance when asking questions, or when communicating by email/phone outside what would be most people’s ‘normal’ working hours.I was deliberating between the RSQ8 (which is the car I ended up buying), and a Porsche Panamera, and I have no doubt that Jidu helped influence my decision.In an industry sadly lacking in customer care/service, it is very refreshing to know there are still companies like Audi, putting the customer first and employing talented individuals like Jidu.Hopefully I will be and Audi customer for many years.Oh, and love the car!!

Brilliant service as always

The process of choosing an approved used Audi and agreeing a part exchange was quick and efficient and completed within a couple of days. Matt Stow was extremely helpful and on hand to answer any questions.

Easy to book and efficient drop off and collection on the day.Good communications and the work competed ahead of time.My only comment would be that the dashboard display had been changed.It would be good if the settings on the car were put back to the owners settings.
