The aftersales manager Rob is always very helpful and accommodating, nothing is ever too much trouble he’s an absolute credit to the business. Along with Mark the technician who was very knowledgable and put my mind at rest about my vehicle after receiving a recall notice from Audi, I could not recommend these 2 members of staff enough for recognition in their service provided.

Staff and service excellent and very helpful and friendly.Surprised that Spark Plugs and oil (cant remember which one) are not included in the full service package. Why is that?Other Audi dealerships provide a complimentary car wash - i don't think my wife received this.
