Would have liked to drop the car off slightly earlier. 7.30 rather than 8.00 Rachel was lovely, very pleasant to deal with Dropping off/picking up was hassle free despite it being really busy

I received excellent service at Guildford Audi however my only critisism is that when your phones are busy they transfer to a call centre and that experience is always less than satisfactory!

From start to finish the service at Guildford Audi was excellent as usual. The sales teams model knowledge was second to none. Dan D & Mo R gave an excellent synopsis of the differences between my old model Q3 and the new vehicle Q5 at the delivery hand over. A really pleasurable experience, thank you Guildford Audi.
