I love my car. My new A3 is perfect. Dan was my salesman he was excellent. A lovely man who kept me informed and was just generally fab. Made me feel like I was important and he was always trying his best for me. Thank you Dan. I will be back in the future.

Had an excellent experience with Ellis. Polite, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and not pushy. Just the sort of salesperson I think the majority of people want to deal with. I wish more main dealer salespeople were like him.

I really appreciated how down-to-earth, knowledgeable and transparent Matt was. He often checked in and answered all our queries before and after purchase. Dan Deller is excellent and I always find him a pleasyer to deal with. Unfortunately, on this occasion Dan was not able to source a suitable car for my needs because the spec I needed, in the time-frame I gave was not possible. He did however, expend time and effort trying to get the best option for me.I will be back to deal with Dan for both mine and my partner's cars when we change.
