Staff and service excellent and very helpful and friendly.Surprised that Spark Plugs and oil (cant remember which one) are not included in the full service package. Why is that?Other Audi dealerships provide a complimentary car wash - i don't think my wife received this.

Called the Glasgow office number as I had missed my call back previously ( as couldn’t get through to Guildford). Spoke to Shirley Fallon - she answered promptly and was very customer friendly and helpful and provided what I needed immediately.
