From the moment I placed the enquiry online and was contacted by Tony Bennett, everything was dealt with in a friendly & professional manner. Videos were sent to allow me to see the car I was purchasing (I am based in Glasgow). Constant updates if there were any changes. The car is everything I hoped it would be and a pleasure to drive.

I was about to leave Audi due to poor customer service and completed an online questionnaire saying I wasn’t happy. The manager from Guildford called to see how I could be supported and Dan Deller was amazing in helping me find a new car. He was so helpful, considerate and knowledgeable I cannot fault the service and he has turned around my view of Audi.
