I can honestly say that the treatment I get from Guildford Audi has ALWAYS been first class.I only deal with Rob Derkatsch and have done since I originally bought my car from new.Rob always offers outstanding customer service and has always been able to schedule in any work in my car, whether it be the service or any repair work, without any issues and to suit my availability, providing a courtesy car.The way things are organised at Guildford Audi appear to be very efficient and effective.Particularly impressed by the use of Audi Cam to show me when things are identified that need to be fixed with my car and the ease with which I can then authorise the work to be carried out and pay for the work to be done. Seems a very effective use of technology.The quality of work carried out on my vehicle has always been outstanding … obviously carried out with great care by the technicians at Guildford Audi … and the extra touches like complimentary car wash and hoover puts the finishing touches on a great overall experience.Thinking about my last visit to Guildford Audi - I am definitely 100% satisfied with the overall service provided by Rob Derkatsch and his team.

Whilst it was with you for the clutch replacement, I asked if the MOT could be carried out, this was done, today you suggested that I checked in on line for the original booking, 2 reminders to book for the MOT were received after it had already been booked
