i would like to give a special mention to robert you customer experience manager,who has kept me informed of what is going on ,and gone out of his way to deal with problems that have occured,pleasure to deal with.Just hope he can sort the latest problem out asap .

Would have liked to drop the car off slightly earlier. 7.30 rather than 8.00Rachel was lovely, very pleasant to deal withDropping off/picking up was hassle free despite it being really busy

I received excellent service at Guildford Audi however my only critisism is that when your phones are busy they transfer to a call centre and that experience is always less than satisfactory!
