Guildford was excellent in trying to find the right car for me. In fact I paid a holding fee of £250-00 on a Scoda Superb but unfortunately my car at auction did not meet the reserve price so I had to pull out of the deal. Jason said my holding fee would be returned I was just asking when that might be. After it is returned I would be more than happy to complete the survey.Regards

I am writing to discuss my options regarding my current finance agreement with yourselves as I am thoroughly disappointed with how my situation has been handled.I feel that I have been left with a car that I can't swap and can't afford to get of out the contract without losing a large amount of money to myself. My leasing journey with Guildford Audi started on a really bad foot after finding out through my insurance company that the ownership ( log book) of said car, had not been signed over to me for two years meaning I was uninsured and untaxed for this period, therefore realising I could have been given points, fines and even a jail sentence. This lies entirely with yourselves at audi and understandably has left me with a bitter taste for Audi, lookers and yourself. I now find myself stuck with a car with mounting milage and no way to either exchange or leave the lookers group.I would like to be contacted as soon as possible to discuss this situation and find a suitable agreement considering all the facts mentioned so that I am able to leave said agreement without incurring huge cost to myself. This even before I have looked into the current situation of miss sold pcp again with my first Audi.

HiI recently had my Audi serviced at Walton Audi, and after reviewing their inspection report I have concerns regarding the condition in which the vehicle was supplied to me by Guildford Audi as an Audi Approved Used car.I purchased the vehicle from you almost exactly a year ago, at 54,000 miles. Walton Audi have now advised that the transmission oil change is due “above 36,000 miles.” This means the gearbox service was already overdue at the time of sale.As you know, all servicing should be fully up to date under the Audi Approved Used programme. Given that this was overdue before I took ownership, I am requesting clarification as to why this service was missed, and I would like Audi to complete the gearbox service at no cost to me, as it should have been carried out prior to delivery.Walton Audi also noted that the first aid kit is expired, which is another item that should have been addressed during the Approved Used preparation. Please could you review this and confirm how Guildford Audi intends to resolve these issues?Kind regards,James VinallKO19KWK

Initial query started off well, I travelled over 400 miles on a round trip to view the car and then at that point, I was told that I couldn't finance the vehicle myself, it had to be via Lookers lenders panel. I felt like I was being bullied into using your finance which is at a higher rate of 11.9% APR when I'd already secured finance at 9.9%. I was told I had to be invoiced, the lender had to pay me then I would transfer the monies to the dealership. It's not a bank loan, it's car finance which is secured against the car and therefore the lender pays you directly. Never in all the years have I had car finance that I've heard such an absurd policy. I was told it's an Audi wide policy by Naeem but that's a lie as it's only a Lookers policy. I wasn't a cash buyer therefore you wouldn't accept my external finance so I didn't purchase the car. Naeem spouted off FCA rules about treating customers fairly when I enquired about a reduction in the overpriced GardX treatment yet you're essentially forcing customers to use your higher APR products and he was willing to forego the £129 payment for the 2 services if I went with your finance. £129 compared to an additional £1500 in interest charges is a terrible deal and I wasn't willing to be ripped off no matterhow much I liked the car. How is this treating your customers fairly? Bending the rules when it suits and trying to maximise all profits for yourselves at the customers expense. Naeem also didn't bother to reply to my past email regarding refunding my deposit as I wasn't purchasing the car. Very unprofessional and terrible service. Would never buy any car from any Lookers after this insight.

Hi - I bought an Audi in 2015 from G/Audi and have now received a letter from a law firm indicating there may have been some hidden commission. Sadly, I've sold the car (it was actually an excellent car), and all the associated documents but I can provide the reg - KU64 WFB. Rather than go through the law firm, Locksley Law or the FOS, I thought I'd reach out direct for your comments. I'd welcome your comments. Many thanks
