The salesman Vasile was excellent. However when I had to send for another V5c due to having lost the original his boss insisted I leave a deposit on the car being exchanged. I thought that this represented a lack of trust especially as I had paid in full for the new car. Left a negative impression and was bad customer relation.

My experience with Audi was amazing. I had Jidu Ravi and she gave me excellent service the whole way through. She is friendly, has fast replies and always gave me a call if I was ever unsure on something. She even called me after I bought home my Audi to make sure everything was going well. The sales manager came and spoke to me on the day of my car collection which was lovely. Jidu has been amazing and I could not recommend her and Guildford audi more. Thankyou!

Dan Deller looked after me, he went above & beyond, my overall experience was so straight forward, nothing was any problem. Dan is exceptional & I will be recommending him & Guildford Audi. My new car I love & is even better than what I was expecting. Thank you
