When I first walked into Audi I already had the car in mind I wanted. I was advised by reception that someone may not be able to help me on the day as I didnt have an appointment and I was massively disappointed but was told I could sit and wait to see if someone becomes available. I waited around for about 15 to 20 minutes which I became very frustrated with the wait and and was ready to leave and take my service and sale elsewhere.I was then approached by David Taylor and he apologised and was so helpful and willing to sit with me for a number of hours going over my car and what I wanted.I have to say he helped turn my experience around massively and 100% will be coming back to him for future service and already recommended him to family and friends that are looking for a new car.True asset to Lookers Audi
