My experience with Guildford Audi was exemplary from start to finish.Both Mo and Ellis walked me through every step. I felt like I was buying a brand new car not just a used one, they made the experience extremely easy and I felt like I was the most important customer they had had.

Guildford Audi went above and beyond to get my car delivered to me on 23/12/22, just in time for the Xmas holiday(I had a 400 mile round trip to make). Turn-around from build date to delivery was exceptionally quick. It was a bit touch and go which could have affected my plans for Xmas so David Taylor & his management team came up with a Plan B to lend me his car just in case mine was delayed. Whilst we were waiting for mine to be delivered, David was on annual leave, but he kept in touch with me whilst he was OOO and the rest of the Guildford team knew the urgency of the delivery and helped also to keep me up to date. David's manager Manish Panchal also helped on David's day off to help complete the Finance paperwork asap to ensure swift delivery with no delays. Whilst the car was late being built David kept me regularly up to date throughout the whole waiting time. Upon collection of the car David was extremely helpful at the handover explaining the car's functions and setting me up as the Key User and connecting my phone etc. He invited me back to the dealership at any time in case I wish to learn more about the car and it's functions. I can not rate Guildford Audi, and in particular David, highly enough, they truly deserve this 5 star review :)

I was about to leave Audi due to poor customer service and completed an online questionnaire saying I wasn’t happy. The manager from Guildford called to see how I could be supported and Dan Deller was amazing in helping me find a new car. He was so helpful, considerate and knowledgeable I cannot fault the service and he has turned around my view of Audi.

I dealt with Dan Deller who has always been extremely helpful, listens to what I want and then puts forward options to enable me to achieve what I am looking for, as well as putting forward other useful ideas and suggestions. Dan provides feedback and updates on the progress of the application etc on dates and times as promised, without my ever having to follow up myself. Really to be commended.

Jidu was very helpful, communicative and facilitated an easy purchase for us. She ensured she was on top of everything despite being on holiday just before the handover.

Bradley and Mo offered a great service, I was looking for something specific from the used and approved range and Bradley was extremely persistent in finding exactly what I wanted.
