No improvement needed, Y'all were Awesome! The receptionist and office staff were very helpful and friendly. The dental assistants, I believe both their names were Kristy, were both very professional and great at their jobs... they treated me like I was important and did an great job getting me set up and comfortable... even the IV needle injection was very smooth and painless, and speaking of painless, Dr Marshall was beyond Amazing!! I have Never had such a smooth and pain-free dental procedure in my life! I am beyond pleased and impressed with the entire process. Thank you All for making what I expected to be a very difficult and painful multi day experience into a quick and painless one!

Dr. Marshall and Christy Jones are my Heros!

The intravenous shot to numb my senses was not pleasant, but I realize this medical necessity is not what the doctor and nurse practice every day. Also, the staffer forgot to ask about filing for my insurance reimbursement.

You guys are the best people. I was impressed with the whole process from check in to recovery. I was scared of getting a dry socket but never had one. My mouth is fully recovered now and if I need another oral surgeon I’ll definitely use you.

Dr. Horne and all helping staff were amazing. Every phone call answered up until my surgery was answered with kindness and respect, and the day of my operation everybody was such a pleasure to be around. I dont think ive ever laughed so hard pre surgery. Definitely helped with the anxious feelings I was having and feel like there could not have been a better crew.
