NaI was happy with the service department. As I was waiting inside, employees were talking to each other & the male was using really bad language. The lady he was talking to did also but not as bad as the man. He was mopping & when he seen me he apologized. But he did continue it once back around the other side.

The time was very quick, but didn’t see or talk to anyone from drop off until pick up. No one was rude, but a friendly greeting was missing. I don’t think a multi-point inspection was needed.

The car was dirty the tech had already left go the dayI made the decision to purchase based on cost and warranty but when it came time to complete sale. I found out warranty was not exactly what I was told and my rate was not what I was told. It would have been extremely embarrassing to walk away at that point. Please try to be more upfrontI was told one rate but then when it came time to sign got another rateIt became confusing when discussing warranty and rate

I was so Comfortable waiting, I believe I dozed off by mistake, my Apologies; Thank you ALL, Great Work.Treated me common Courtesy, decency, and Respect; in Addition to honoring all my Existing Service Agreements and Mitsubishi Mileage/Year of Vehicle perks. Thanks to The Service Lady who checked me in and out; and She Answered any questions I may have had.
