Asking for a patient's SS number is asking for a lot. I know it isn't necessary and you require my number for insurance, but no one else I have gone to does. Now I have one opportunity for identity theft.

Wow everyone was awesome!! The nurses were really great during both my consult visit and the day of the surgery. Only problem I had was the gentleman who did my cray said I would not be charged for it but I was.
