When I first arrived, I was greeted, but then I had to wait for Austin to come over and actually check me in.I was greeted very soon, but it took quite a while for someone to actually come over and check me inAustin was my service technician. He entered all my questions and kept me informed about the progress of my car

Great service and excellent customer experience

Scheduling the work needed was a little difficult in exactly what work was seeded.I was offered a loaner vehicle later in the process, so not a big deal, though I did decline.A new key fob had to ordered and I will have to return to have it programmed for my car.The service advisor was excellent, Austin. The wait area was one of the cleanest facilities I've been in, and kudos to the management.Great service from beginning to end. Service advisor kept me informed throughout the process.
