Very Professional Staff.

The GM should meet every customer. That was not done. Also criticism of employees should be in private. You need to work as a team.The salesman and financial advisor were great. However, the GM never greeted us. The only time we saw a manager was when he berated an employee in public. Also, when the salesman needed technical help after the sale, no one on staff would come out to assist him.

My salesman ~ "Ricky Menendez Jr" is a top notch gentleman. Great sales skills and takes his time explaining the buying or lease options. After the lease was complete, he followed up with a phone call & text message making sure everything was good. He reached out again making sure I was happy with the vehicle. That's a professional salesman. More people should follow his lead.My salesman "Ricky" was great to deal with. Very helpful thru out the entire leasing process. Ricky was able to answer all my questions.

I called to make an appointment with my service advisor Austin. And when I arrived that Saturday I was told Austin wasn’t there and someone else would help me. I waited for 30 mins before someone came to help me.
