We have a great maintenance team here. Jos'e is awesome, and always is so kind, and does a great job. We have a great team, all the guys are professional. Our new Mox mgt team is great, attentive to our questions, and take time to explain the new changes. The ladies are cordial, and take time with us. We now have a great team. Thank you, Nancy Brown

The two technicians showed up and uninstalled then reinstalled the new dishwasher in under 10 minutes. They were quick, fast, and super polite. Now I'm just relieved I can wash my dishes in there instead of washing by hand with a sponge that collects germs. 5 stars apiece, and 2 👍. Thank you,Erika Ward.

Insects and bugs

My maintenance issues have never been completely fixed. The middle bedroom was never accessed by a third party ac tech, which I was told would be done. Things were broke upon moving in, with stains to the carpeted areas and countertops. The show model was very misleading from what I actually signed for. I will not be signing a new lease, and will be moving out in August when my current lease is up.

The bottom right side of my front door has wood rot, I'd like to have that fixed due to bugs. Also roaches continue to be a problem, while your pest guy did a good job it needs to be more extensive (more traps). I wake up a lot during the night and I always turn on the kitchen light to constantly find roaches I have to spray to death with my Raid then flush them. Last night I killed 4. I'm pretty sure the spray isn't good for my health, but I refuse to live with roaches. All open food is kept in the refrigerator, food or dirty dishes are never left in the sink.
