Insects and bugs

My maintenance issues have never been completely fixed. The middle bedroom was never accessed by a third party ac tech, which I was told would be done. Things were broke upon moving in, with stains to the carpeted areas and countertops. The show model was very misleading from what I actually signed for. I will not be signing a new lease, and will be moving out in August when my current lease is up.

The bottom right side of my front door has wood rot, I'd like to have that fixed due to bugs. Also roaches continue to be a problem, while your pest guy did a good job it needs to be more extensive (more traps). I wake up a lot during the night and I always turn on the kitchen light to constantly find roaches I have to spray to death with my Raid then flush them. Last night I killed 4. I'm pretty sure the spray isn't good for my health, but I refuse to live with roaches. All open food is kept in the refrigerator, food or dirty dishes are never left in the sink. I was given no help, I was dismissed of my claims. I tried explaining my problem and was met with the same explanation which did not apply to my problem. Thank you

It has been a pleasure watching my grandson and his wife and daughter having a safe a beautiful environment to grow in. I recommend y'all to anyone that ask about apartments.

The guy showed up with the a/c filter in what felt like 5 minutes after we put in the request. Super fast replacement, nice man with a great attitude. Now we're just waiting for our icemaker to be looked at, and we'll be straight!😀

While I greatly appreciate my ac ducts getting cleaned , there was poor communication. Maintenance told me they would ask the office if it was a service that could be done but I was never told when I was getting the service I was never notified by anyone it was never scheduled and sent to me that it was scheduled. My child and i were sick and left to go to the store just to come home and was told i couldn’t enter my home for 2 hours . And then when i was told I was able to go back in after the 2 hours as soon as I walked in my home I was coughing badly couldn’t breath and eyes were watering badly . It smelled like it was cleaned with bleach and I wasn’t told what chemicals were going to be used, I am allergic to bleach .. so for the remainder of the day/night I couldn’t breath I was coughing very badly and the next day my throat was sore and I couldn’t really talk a lot and was still coughing badly . There needs to be better communication within the office and maintenance but also with the residents as well . Other than poor communication everything was fine.
