L'équipe de gestion est formidable et contribue grandement au confort et à l'agrément de vivre ici, c'est très appréciée, merci.Le seul grand ennui avec Haddon Hall est le manque total d'insonorisation entre les appartements et le manque de isolation des murs, ce qui cause que les stores devant les fenêtres bougent quand il y du vent, sans parler de la perte énorme de chaleur en hiver et de besoin d'énergie en climatisation en été. Lorsqu'il y le moindre vent, notre salon est FROID l'hiver malgré le chauffage!!!

I am a fitness person. You offer a rental with a fitness room, but the equipment is too old. One of the treadmills has been out of service for almost a year, waiting for spare parts. Today, some companies offer leasing for fitness equipment, so it may be worth evaluating. The fitness room is quite used, at least in my opinion, so having good equipment would be a plus, particularly in winter.

The snow removal has not been very well done this past winter.The pedestrian door entry to the courtyard is extremely difficult to use, especially for tenants carrying shopping

this was not really an issue with my intercom, it was the directory that was shut down. when haddon hall was informed the directory was working the following morning so there was no service visit.I noticed the directory was shut down again on Saturday so using it is always hit or miss....As for recommending others to this building I'm reluctant to even though it's generally well run but I don't know Minto's intention have become a private company with the majority sale to Connor Clark Lunn

The kitchen floor started to crack for the second time in the same area we do not stand. Carmen was shown the cracking last fall. She did nothing about it. A few weeks ago I noticed water damage on the ceiling above the toilet. Someone came to look at it and informed there had been a leak from the toilet directly above us. Again nothing has been repaired.

I have recommended to several colleagues rentals here, (they declined) due to this particular building's serious need of lobby/ entrance refurbishing. Cleaning is excellent, but carpets are old, worn out and soiled. Doors/ fittings are in serious need of paint/ stairwell to exterior is in need of reparation...etc.
