We are very happy with our apartment since the rental in 2018. Our concern is what will happen with our kitchen - it was not renovated before we moved in and the lower cupboards, in particular, are deteriorating- loose doors, veneer breaking etc. Is there a timeline on when updates can be made? If we were to make the changes would there be compensation?

I think workers should remove boots/shoes or use slip-over covers when entering apartments.The pedestrian entrance door to the quadrangle is difficult to use when carrying shopping bagsand parcels. I have mentioned this previously.
