Excellent and efficient problem management and service

I asked that the brass thresh-hold of the building 1 elevator, be cleaned some time ago. when the elevator the mud and dirt is left on the threshold and is out of place.

Haddon Hall, since several years now, is very professionally managed.

Carmen was wonderful. Carole as well. Great help All the staff is amazing.

Need more focus on the gym facilities. Lately, there has been some improvement such as new cycles. So thank you. Still more attention is needed.

There was no work completed only an inspection of the bathroom ceiling water damage with no follow up. Last year our kitchen floor started cracking. inspection was done and no follow up was done or repairs. Typical of Minto.

The only reason why 2 items have a «fair» vs. excellent appreciation is the total absence of soundproofing between the different apartments, be it same floor or below apartments (we are the upper floor). We can hear absolutely everything (conversations, cutlery and kitchen noises television programs etc...) and this having «good» neighbours...!!Our very sincere appreciation goes to the local management team who provides excellent service and definitely deserves the highest score!!Thank you.

We had the misfortune of living with months of construction both around our apartment and on the building’s façade, which significantly reduced our quality of life.

Technicians were very professional

I hate the bright screen in the entrance forcing advertisements in our face. Ruins the classic and historic entrance of home.
