Problème de souris. L'employé n'a pas l'autorité ni les pièces pour faire les travaux requis.La situation approche de 2 mois.. L'employé ne peut rien faire, sans autorisation ni pièces!!!

Un des deux tapis roulants au GYM ne fonctionne pas depuis plus de 6 mois, et pose problème quand il y a plus de 2 personnes au GYM ,empêchant l'utilisation d'un tapis roulant.Je peux comprendre qu'il y ait un délai d'obtention d'une pièce pour faire la réparation.Un délai raisonnable est acceptable mais plus de 6 mois estexcessif

Building upkeep is in need. Elevator carpets have not been cleaned or replaced since autumn are dirty and smell. Elevator is in general not clean.Stairs leading to outside garbage disposal are a hazard and have been in need of serious repair for sometime.

Haddon Hall is a wonderful apartment complex and the staff is excellent. Our only issue is with security, having to do with no doorman and easy access from the outside to the inside. We are happy with the security cameras, and we hope that they are working 24/7 and storing the recordings for a reasonable amount of time.

Excellent and efficient problem management and service

I asked that the brass thresh-hold of the building 1 elevator, be cleaned some time ago. when the elevator the mud and dirt is left on the threshold and is out of place.

Haddon Hall, since several years now, is very professionally managed.

Carmen was wonderful. Carole as well. Great help All the staff is amazing.

Need more focus on the gym facilities. Lately, there has been some improvement such as new cycles. So thank you. Still more attention is needed.

There was no work completed only an inspection of the bathroom ceiling water damage with no follow up. Last year our kitchen floor started cracking. inspection was done and no follow up was done or repairs. Typical of Minto.
