Tatiana Boroday, the agent that helped me find the apartment was amazing and really prompt with response times. The whole team in the Office is fantastic at responding quickly to my emails and quickly resolving any issues I’ve had, with shelving, laundry machine, etc.

The heat in the apartment is excessive. We have to keep our windows open all winter because of it. This creates pockets of hot and cold air. The heat has also resulted in food spoilage in our pantries. The heating system makes loud noises that at times wake us up. It is also excessively hot in the building which makes it very uncomfortable when navigating through it and particularly when spending time in the locker room.In addition, many windows in the apartment are difficult to open and close. This is particularly frustrating given the current heating situation.Finally, the noise and disorderly conduct emanating from 2170 Lincoln Avenue has severely impacted our quality of life. Any attempts we have made to rectify this problem have been futile. As numerous Haddon Hall residents have complained and several have even moved out as a result of this problem, we believe it is the responsibility of Minto management to address it with the police, the city, and/or the management of Immeuble 2170 Lincoln.

Oui ! D'abord Carole et son équipe sont toujours accueillantes, intelligentes, et très efficaces pour donner suite et donner les explications. Elle communique bien et est compétente. Quand on lui expose un besoin ou une situation elle fait toujours le suivi.De plus Roger et son assistant sont toujours disponibles pour régler le le moindre besoins techniques et ils sont très efficaces et compétents. J'apprécie aussi beaucoup le système de recyclage et le fait que les équipements sont toujours très propres.

Better regulate the heat in the winter so that it’s not excessively hot in the apartment. Make the windows easier to open.
