Dr Lawrence is so compassionate he is really concerned about his patients.

The staff were friendly and the wait to be placed on the exam room was brief.

Well taking care

Staff Does not answer phone, tried several attempts different days no answer I have a very hard time contacting by phone, therefore I have to make trips just to get a refill request also it t takes several attempts to get a refill I had issues because I was out of my blood pressure medication for over a week, I started feeling bad because my pressure was elevated and it took a while to get it under control, also I have an issue with staff getting authorization approved for certain medications, last time staff gave wrong diagnosis therefore authorization was denied , staff was informed no one never followed up so therefore I had to figure it out myself and found out I could appeal it, once I learned how I had to get the authorization approved myself for a meditation was needed due to a chronic condition . The doctor is great, he is the only reason I keep coming back only issues I always run into problems with medication refill and authorizations

I most recall the kindness and professionalism of the lab tech. I wish I'd gotten her name so that I could acknowledge her.
