First of all, i have had good experiences with the personel I have contacted. My work orders have been handled diligently. The reason for the 4 stars is because i believe there's room for improvement; though I don't know if it is on the part of the property owner or Haggerty Co. 1- I would have liked to have more information about the workings of the house. I watered the trees for three weeks before I discovered there was an undergound watering system already inplace. 2- I would've liked for someone to have checked that all the appliances worked properly. The washer was already broken when i moved in and, between technitians and parts mailing time, I was without a washer for six weeks.
