Solid work performance all around. Only slight issue is due to their business demand, it can sometimes take a few days for them to respond to non-critical issues. However, we have never had an issue when something serious happened. Even when our A/C went out Century 21 had a technician there in less than 24 hours.

Very profesional and helpful

Easy to use app for maintenance and rent payments. Sometimes the maintenance approval process takes longer than it should and/or there is no feedback from property manager about maintenance requests that are refused or ignored. Would like to know if a request is rejected so that appropriate steps can be taken by tenant to correct issues.

I’ve had a positive experience over the years with the staff. Very friendly and fast to assist me with any concerns I have.
