I would have wanted some sort of documentation on what work was done. I didn’t receive any information and have no idea what the work order was even for. All I know is that they worked on the pool filter. But they didn’t leave instructions in case I needed to do something or if they would come back at a later date. I’m assuming they did a good job. My only comment would be that some sort of document showing the work done would be nice. But other than that, I did like how y’all email us to notify of work on the house. Good job!! Really satisfied with the service.

Solid work performance all around. Only slight issue is due to their business demand, it can sometimes take a few days for them to respond to non-critical issues. However, we have never had an issue when something serious happened. Even when our A/C went out Century 21 had a technician there in less than 24 hours.
