The office is very responsive to any and all questions/concerns/requests. Julia Plockington (spelling?) has been extremely quick in responding to maintenance requests and making sure we know how to get in touch with vendors.

The only issue was it took a while for someone to contact me but once they did the item was fixed within 72 hours.

Overall, we have had a good experience as far as requesting and having repairs made. However, it was difficult to contact the office by phone or email to provide the property management with notice that the landlord's important mail was coming to the rental property. It would be good to have an option within the online portal to correspond with property management outside of the repair request.
