I have been dealing with higher home bills so I have been short a few times during this pandemic and the saddest part is there has still been a late fee every time without fail and the eviction notices on my door even after I have communicated before the deadline that I will be pay on the 15th when I get paid. I have been a good tenant for 4 years come May and it would be wonderful to feel respected.

I haven't had this company as my property managers for that long, but in the time we've been under this company it has drastically changed and improved our experience as renters. We were very close to just moving out and finding another rental property with a different company until the owner told us he was going to change companies for the property manager for the house. We decided to wait it out and give the new company a shot and we have not been disappointed. I don't send in maintenance requests very often, especially because the owner likes to send someone himself to take care of issues, but when I do submit requests the company is very quick to respond and try to take care of the issue as fast as possible. I really appreciate that. Thank you for being attentive, good property managers so far. The maintenance guy that u recently sent to the house to have our heater turned on was great! He put in extra detailed work and explained everything to me that he was doing as he did. He put more work into what he was doing than I've ever seen any repair man or any tech that goes out to turn on people's heaters or air conditioners. He checks for gas leaks and even cleans out the area where your heater is. He is very professional and you can tell he's very knowledgeable. He also enjoys teaching you about what he is doing and doesn't just try to rush out of your house and get the job done as quickly as possible. He takes his time and does the job correctly. I hope to be able to use his services in the future.

Century 21 is a great company. We really like the convenience their app offers for making rent payments and initiating maintenance requests.
