Victor Acosta was courteous and acted professionally. He repaired to diverter quickly by replacing the broken piece and it was working but due to the part being made of plastic, it broke. Leaving to water coming out at the shower-head and tub spout. He thought he might have to tear out the wall to replace the 3 way fixture in back, but thankfully, he thought of making the valve a dummy valve and replacing the tub spout with one that has a diverter built in. IT WORKS GREAT! We have more water pressure to the shower-head and the pause button now works. No water drains through the tub spout when the shower is used.

The Maintenance person who fixed my plumbing / leaky faucet was AWESOME !! He was exceptionally respectful and really nice. He took his time to show me the work that was completed and made sure I was satisfied. Great Job !! Century 21 need more Contractors like him !
