I've rented this house since December 2011. Overall, the response to repairs have been very good. There is a 24 hour phone line to request work order for repairs. A live person is always available to answer all calls. Office staff and the vendor workers are very pleasant and helpful.

Pretty good experience other than 1. The garage door was not working when we got there, not sure how that was missed. 2. Floor damaged and not repaired in one of the bedrooms. Besides those things the locksmith got us squared away quickly, we were given all the information we needed to get settled in. The garage situation was handled quickly after we brought it to Haggerty's attention.

Very knowledgeable and professional service. Explained everything and addressed the issue in a timely manner.

The Maintenance crew arrived within minutes to repair the damage. They worked as a professional team and repaired the damage. It was between the wall. Thank you for approving the work order.

Y’all are very quick to respond and that’s what I appreciate the most from the office.

We love our home and renting from you all. No complaints in the 4 years we have lived here.

I have had a great experience renting from first light. They make it easy to submit maintenance request. The staff have been pleasant to speak with in urgent matters. I’m glad knowing that if I have concerns I’m dealing with very professional people.
