Quick responses to maintenance request is a very big plus. The rental rate increase at end of first lease not good, after living in the house 1st year we came to realize we were already paying to much in rent, then they raised it

Renting with Haggerty co, is wonderful. Had issue with dish washer and stove they came in assessed weather they could fix or not and than replace stove and dish washer with in a few weeks. I have been renting from Haggerty co 7 years and honestly would not rent any where else. I am very happy with haggerty co.
